Lest We Forget Haiku Postcard for a Purpose

Yes, I have created yet another postcard for a purpose. Before I show you the postcard I want to share how my mind works by sharing the steps of this creative journey.

1. Reciprocating a visit from a Squidoo friend, I landed on her Memorial Day page.
2. Surfing blog friend posts today, I ran across Sensational Haiku Wednesday, with this week's theme being: Postcard.
3. For the past couple of weeks I have been busy combining my poetry and design to create sunshine postcards!
4. My thought ... What better way to spread a bit o' sunshine than to send a postcard of gratitude to a member of the military or a military family member?
5. I wrote a postcard haiku.
6. I surfed through morguefile.com for a photo of an American flag and found Old Glory.
7. I created Lest We Forget haiku postcard for a purpose.
